Walking

If you are near the Heidelberg University, start by heading south towards the Hauptstraße (Main Street). This street is a pedestrian zone filled with shops and cafes. Walk along Hauptstraße until you reach the intersection with Ob. Neckarstraße. Turn left onto Ob. Neckarstraße, and continue walking for about 5 minutes. The Heidelberg Tourist Information will be on your right at Ob. Neckarstraße 31-33.

From the Heidelberg Castle, exit the castle grounds and walk down the hill towards the city. You can take the path leading to the Kornmarkt, which is a central square. From Kornmarkt, head towards the Hauptstraße and walk towards the south direction until you reach the intersection with Ob. Neckarstraße. Turn left onto Ob. Neckarstraße, and you will find the Tourist Information on your right at Ob. Neckarstraße 31-33.
