  • Walking

    If you are at Heidelberg's main train station (Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head towards the bus stop in front of the station. Take bus number 33 towards 'Heidelberg Altstadt'. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'Bismarckplatz' stop. From there, walk towards the main street (Bergheimer Strasse) and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Plöck. Turn right onto Plöck, and you will find the Heidelberg University Library located at Plöck 107-109 on your left side.

  • Public Transport

    If you are near the Old Bridge (Alte Brücke), walk to the nearest bus stop 'Universitätsplatz'. From there, take bus number 32 or 34 towards 'Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof'. Get off at 'Bismarckplatz' (about a 5-minute ride). After exiting the bus, walk towards the main street (Bergheimer Strasse) and continue into Plöck. The library will be located at Plöck 107-109 on your left.

    If you are in the Old Town (Altstadt), make your way towards the main shopping street (Hauptstraße). Walk towards the eastern end of Hauptstraße until you reach 'Bismarckplatz'. From Bismarckplatz, head to Plöck by walking straight towards the street and turning left when you reach it. The Heidelberg University Library will be at Plöck 107-109.

    If you are at the Heidelberg Castle (Schloss Heidelberg), walk back down to the nearest bus stop 'Schloss', and take bus number 33 towards 'Heidelberg Altstadt'.
