If you are starting from the Heidelberg Altstadt (Old Town), walk towards the Bismarckplatz, which is a central square. From Bismarckplatz, head south down the Hauptstraße (Main Street). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Voßstraße. Turn left onto Voßstraße, and you will find Sammlung Prinzhorn at number 2 on your right side.

From Heidelberg's main train station (Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof), take bus number 33 towards 'Heidelberg, Bergheim'. After about 5 minutes, get off at the 'Bergheim, Voßstraße' stop. Walk a short distance back towards the intersection, and you will see Sammlung Prinzhorn at Voßstraße 2.
