There is a parking lot near the Schloßschenke restaurant, approximately a 3-minute walk to the castle grounds. Parking fee is €2 per day.

While public transport doesn't directly reach the castle, you can take a train to Reutlingen Hbf, then bus 7606 or 400 to Honau. From Honau, it's approximately a 45-minute to 1-hour hike to the castle. Alternatively, on Sundays and public holidays from May to October, the Sonnenalbexpress bus runs from Engstingen train station to the 'Aufberg' stop, a shorter walk to the castle.
