From Koblenz Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take the regional train (RE) towards Mainz or Wiesbaden. Make sure to get off at the St. Goarshausen station, which is approximately a 45-minute ride. Once you arrive at St. Goarshausen, exit the train station and head towards the Rhine River.

After exiting the St. Goarshausen train station, turn left and walk along the Rhine River promenade. Follow the path towards the north along the river for about 15-20 minutes. Look for signs directing you to Aussichtspunkt Loreleyfelsen. The path will lead you to the base of the Loreley rock, where you will start ascending the steps to the viewpoint.
