Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are at the Koblenz Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station), exit the station and head towards the main road, B9. Turn left onto B9 and walk straight for about 1.5 km. You will pass the Deutsches Eck (German Corner) on your right, which is a famous landmark where the Moselle River meets the Rhine River. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Neustraße. Follow Neustraße until you see the signs for Schloss Koblenz. The entrance is located at Neustadt 24. The castle is a short walk from here.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    From the Koblenz Hauptbahnhof, take bus line 1 or 8 towards 'Löhr-Center' or 'Koblenz-Stadtmitte'. Ride for about 4 stops and get off at 'Schlossplatz'. After exiting the bus, walk towards the castle following the signs. The entrance to Schloss Koblenz is located at Neustraße 24, just a few minutes’ walk from the bus stop.

    From the Koblenz Hauptbahnhof, take tram line 2 towards 'Rübenach'. Get off at the 'Schloss' stop, which is only 2 stops away. After exiting the tram, walk towards the castle, which is directly in front of you. The entrance is located at Neustraße 24.
