Getting There

  • Car

    From Monschau, take the B258 road south towards the town of Einruhr. Continue on the B258 for approximately 15 km until you reach the junction with the B399. Turn left onto the B399 and follow the signs for the High Fens-Eifel Nature Park. The park entrance is approximately 10 km down the B399. There is free parking available at various points in the park, but please check for any specific parking fees at the visitor centers.

  • Public Transportation

    Start at the Monschau bus station (Bushaltestelle Monschau) and take bus line 66 towards Eupen. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Botrange' (the closest stop to the park). From there, it's a short 1 km walk to the main entrance of the High Fens-Eifel Nature Park. Be aware that the bus may not run frequently, so check the schedule ahead of time to plan your trip accordingly.
