Getting There

Train
From central Munich, head to the Munich Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station). You can easily reach it by tram or U-Bahn. Once at the Hauptbahnhof, take the S8 train towards Leuchtenbergring or S6 train towards Tutzing. Get off at the station called Wörthsee. The train ride takes approximately 30 minutes.

After arriving at Wörthsee station, exit the train and follow the signs to the lake. It’s a short walk of about 1.2 km (15-20 minutes). Head south on Bahnhofstraße, then take a left onto Seestraße. Continue straight on Seestraße until you reach the lakeside, where you will find access to Wörthsee.

If you prefer to take a bus after arriving at Wörthsee station, you can catch bus line 962. Board the bus towards Steinebach and alight at the stop 'Seestraße'. From there, it is a short walk to the lakeshore.
