Car
From Oberammergau, head east on the B2 towards Füssen. After approximately 10 kilometers, take the exit toward the A95 and continue on the A95 for about 15 kilometers. Merge onto the A7 towards Ulm/Füssen. Continue on the A7 for approximately 25 kilometers. Take exit 132 toward Eisenberg. After exiting, follow the signs for Eisenberg and continue straight until you reach Hohenfreyberg Castle, which is located on a hill. There is a parking area nearby.
Public Transportation
From Oberammergau, walk to the Oberammergau Bahnhof (train station). Take the bus number 962 towards Füssen. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes, and get off at the Eisenberg stop. From the bus stop, walk approximately 1.5 kilometers in the direction of Hohenfreyberg Castle. Follow the signs that lead you uphill to the castle. The walk may be steep, so wear comfortable shoes.
