Car
From Oberammergau, head southeast on Bundesstraße 2 (B2) towards Iffeldorf. After approximately 10 kilometers, take the exit towards Iffeldorf. Continue on Iffeldorfer Straße until you reach Osterseen. The lakes are signposted, and you can find parking available near the lakeside.

Public Transportation
From the Oberammergau bus station, take bus line 962 towards Iffeldorf. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Iffeldorf Schule' stop. From there, it’s a short walk of about 1.5 kilometers to Osterseen. Simply follow the signs towards the lakes, which are located to the northwest of the bus stop.

If you are already at the center of Oberammergau and prefer to walk, head north towards the main road and follow the signs for B2. This is a longer trek of about 10 kilometers and will take roughly 2 hours, but it allows you to enjoy the scenic views along the way.
