Start from Potsdam Central Station (Potsdam Hauptbahnhof). Take the S7 train towards Ahrensfelde and get off at Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Berlin Central Station). From Berlin Hauptbahnhof, exit the station and head towards the main road, invalidating any ticket for the next leg of your journey. Walk to the bus stop 'Hauptbahnhof/ZOB' located right outside the station. Catch the bus number 147 towards 'Humboldthain' and ride it for 5 stops, getting off at 'Zinnowitzer Straße'. From there, walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach Krausnickstraße 2, where Robot City Segway Tour Berlin is located.

If you are already in the city center of Potsdam, you can simply walk to the nearest tram station, which is 'Holländischer Platz'. From there, take tram line 91 towards 'Potsdam, Platz der Einheit'. After 5 stops, transfer to tram line 94 at 'Potsdam, Platz der Einheit' and head towards 'Berlin, Alexanderplatz'. Get off at 'S+U Berlin Alexanderplatz' station. From there, follow the signs to the S-Bahn station and take the S3, S5, or S7 towards 'Berlin Hauptbahnhof'. Exit at 'Berlin Hauptbahnhof', and follow the steps mentioned above for public transport to reach your destination.
