Continue on Kröpeliner Straße until you see the large square, Neuer Markt, on your left. Cross the square to continue on to the street called 'b. d. Marienkirche'. Follow this street for about 200 meters, and you will see St. Mary's Church on your right at b. d. Marienkirche 1.
