Walking
If you are starting from the Rothenburg ob der Tauber Train Station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Bahnhofstraße). Turn left onto Bahnhofstraße and continue straight until you reach the main square (Marktplatz) in about 15-20 minutes. Once at the Marktplatz, look for the large Town Hall (Rathaus) building, and the Town Hall Tower is located right next to it on the left side.

From the Rothenburg ob der Tauber Tourist Information Center, which is located at Herrenstraße 11, head south on Herrenstraße towards the Marktplatz. When you reach the Marktplatz, you will see the impressive Town Hall building directly ahead. The Town Hall Tower is adjacent to this building.

If you are at the Plönlein, the iconic intersection in Rothenburg, walk straight down the street (Spitalgasse) towards the Marktplatz. This should take about 5-10 minutes. Upon reaching the Marktplatz, the Town Hall will be in front of you, and the Town Hall Tower is right next to it.

From the Franciscan Monastery (Franziskanerkloster), exit the monastery and take the road leading towards the city center (Spitalgasse). Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Marktplatz. The Town Hall Tower will be on your left as you enter the square.
