Walking
From the Freudenberg Mórer Platz bus stop or the Marktplatz in the town center, Burg Freudenburg is a relatively short but uphill walk. Follow the signs towards the Burg. The path involves a climb, including some stairs, but it's manageable for most visitors. The walk offers scenic views of the town. Allow approximately 15-20 minutes for the ascent.
Driving
If driving, follow the signs towards Burg Freudenburg. Limited parking is available near the castle. Parking P4 (Hinterm Schloss) and P5 (Lohmühle) offer parking without time limits. Be prepared for a short walk uphill from the parking area to the castle entrance. Parking is free in the area.
