Public Transport
From Aschaffenburg, take bus line 43 or 47 towards Rothenbuch. Get off at the 'Rothenbuch Maria-Stern-Platz' stop. From there, it's approximately a 20-minute walk (1.5 km) to the entrance of Hafenlohrtal near the Rothenbuch Castle. Check the VAB Aschaffenburg website for the most up-to-date bus schedules. A single bus fare from Aschaffenburg to Rothenbuch costs approximately €5-€7.
Driving
From Aschaffenburg, take the A3 towards Würzburg. Exit at Weibersbrunn and follow the signs to Rothenbuch. Once in Rothenbuch, follow signs towards Lichtenau. Limited free parking is available near the hiking trails around Rothenbuch, including Parkplatz Mühlenweg. Parking is generally free. Be aware that parking can fill up quickly on weekends and holidays.
