If you are starting from the Würzburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station), exit the station and head straight onto Bahnhofstraße. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Zellerau. Turn right onto Zellerauer Straße and continue for 500 meters. You will see signs for Barbarossaplatz. Follow the signs and take a left onto Barbarossaplatz. It should be a short walk from there.

From the Würzburg Hauptbahnhof, take Tram Line 1 or Line 3 towards Zellerau or Heidingsfeld. Ride the tram for about 5 stops and get off at the stop 'Barbarossaplatz'. Once you exit the tram, you will be directly at Barbarossaplatz. The trip usually takes around 10 minutes.

If you are in the city center, for example near the Würzburg Residence, walk towards Residenzplatz. From there, head north on Domstraße towards the Main River.
