Getting There

  • Walking

    Start at Würzburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station). Exit the station and head towards the bus stop located directly in front of the station. Take bus line 14, direction 'Heidingsfeld' and get off at 'Reußenweg'. From the bus stop, continue walking straight on Reußenweg for about 15 minutes. You will notice the Bismarckturm tower peeking above the trees. Follow the path until you reach the entrance of Bismarckturm.

  • Public Transportation (Bus and Walking)

    From the city center, make your way to the bus stop at 'Rathaus' or 'Dom'. Board bus line 14 towards 'Heidingsfeld'. After approximately 15 minutes, disembark at 'Reußenweg'. Walk straight along Reußenweg for about 1 kilometer, and you will arrive at Bismarckturm. The tower is located on a hill, so be prepared for a slight incline towards the end of your walk.

  • Walking (Direct Route)

    If you prefer to walk, start from the Residenz Palace. Walk south on Residenzplatz and take the first left onto Hofstraße. Continue straight until you reach the fork at the end, then merge right onto Steinweg. Follow Steinweg until it turns into Reußenweg. After about a 30-minute walk (approximately 2.5 kilometers), you will spot Bismarckturm ahead on the hilltop.
