Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Würzburg Residence, exit the building and head northeast. Walk straight towards the main road, Balthasar-Neumann-Straße. Turn left onto Balthasar-Neumann-Straße and continue straight. After about 500 meters, you will reach the intersection with Ludwigstraße. Turn right onto Ludwigstraße and follow it until you reach the Old Main Bridge, which will be visible as you approach the river.

    If you are at the Würzburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station), exit the station and head south towards Bahnhofstraße. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Juliuspromenade. Turn left onto Juliuspromenade and walk until you reach the bridge. The Old Main Bridge will be ahead as you follow the promenade along the river.
