If you're driving to Alpseebad Hohenschwangau from Zugspitze, start by heading southeast on the B2 road. Follow the signs for Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and continue until you reach the junction with the B17. Take the B17 towards Füssen. After about 30 minutes, you will see signs for Schwangau. Exit onto Neuschwansteinstraße, and continue straight until you arrive at Alpseebad Hohenschwangau. There is parking available nearby.

To reach Alpseebad Hohenschwangau using public transportation, take a train from Garmisch-Partenkirchen to Füssen. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Füssen train station, exit and look for the bus stop. Take bus number 73 or 78 towards Hohenschwangau. The bus ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Hohenschwangau, Alpsee'. From there, it's just a short walk to the entrance of Alpseebad Hohenschwangau.
