If you're driving, start from the center of Zugspitze and head towards Garmisch-Partenkirchen via the B2 road. Follow the signs for Garmisch-Partenkirchen, which is about a 30-minute drive. The closest parking lot is at the Olympic Ski Stadium (Olympiastadion), where you can park for a fee (approximately €5 for a day).
