Car
From Zugspitze, head southeast toward Garmisch-Partenkirchen on B2. After about 10 kilometers, follow the signs for Schwangau. Continue on B2 until you reach Schwangau. Once in Schwangau, look for signs directing you to Pöllat Gorge. Park in one of the designated parking areas near the entrance to the gorge, which is on Unnamed Road.
Public Transportation
From Zugspitze, take the train from Garmisch-Partenkirchen station toward Füssen. Get off at the Schwangau station. From the train station, follow the signs directing you to the local bus that goes to Pöllat Gorge. The bus will take you closer to the entrance. Once you arrive at the bus stop, walk to Unnamed Road where Pöllat Gorge entrance is located.
Walking
If you're already in Schwangau, you can walk to Pöllat Gorge. Start at the center of Schwangau and head towards the southwest on Unnamed Road. It's about a 20-minute walk. Follow the signs for Pöllat Gorge, and you will reach the entrance easily.
