Walking
Start from the Cape Coast Castle, which is a well-known landmark. Head south on Chapel Street until you reach the intersection with George Bush Highway. Turn left onto George Bush Highway and walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several shops and local vendors along the way. Continue walking until you see the sign for Kakum National Park on your left. The entrance gate is located at 11 Garden Street, Cape Coast, just follow the signs to reach your destination.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops near the Cape Coast Castle. From there, ride south along Chapel Street, then turn left onto George Bush Highway. Cycle straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers, enjoying the scenery and local culture. Look for the Kakum National Park sign on your left. The entrance gate is at 11 Garden Street, Cape Coast. Secure your bicycle at the entrance before entering the park.

Public Transport (Trotro)
Locate the nearest trotro station in Cape Coast, which is usually near the market area. Board a trotro heading towards Kakum National Park or Abrafo Junction. The fare is generally affordable. Once you arrive at the closest stop, disembark and ask locals for directions to Kakum National Park. It is about a 15-minute walk from the trotro stop to the entrance gate located at 11 Garden Street, Cape Coast. Look for signage along the way.
