If you are in the center of Koforidua, start at the Koforidua Bus Station. Head east on the main road (New Tafo Road) for about 1 kilometer. Keep an eye out for the Medical Village sign on your left. Turn left onto the road leading into Medical Village. Continue straight for about 300 meters until you see Mac-Dic Royal Plaza Hotel on your left.

Beginning from the Koforidua City Park, ride east towards the main road (New Tafo Road). After about 2 kilometers, you'll arrive at the junction with the Medical Village sign.
