Car
If you are driving from Tamale, take the N10 highway heading northwest. Continue for approximately 130 kilometers until you reach the town of Yendi. From Yendi, take the Bimbilla road (B1) heading west for about 50 kilometers. You will pass through Bimbilla and then continue on the B1 for another 25 kilometers until you reach the junction for Gengenkpe. Turn left onto the road towards Gengenkpe and continue for about 10 kilometers. The First White Settlers site is located at R4FV+F5, Gengenkpe.

Public Transportation
To reach the First White Settlers site using public transportation, take a shared taxi or a bus from Tamale to Yendi. The fare is approximately 10 GHS and the journey will take about 2 hours. Once in Yendi, you can find shared taxis heading toward Bimbilla. The cost for this leg is around 5 GHS and takes about an hour. From Bimbilla, you can catch another shared taxi to Gengenkpe, which will cost approximately 7 GHS and take about 30 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to go to the First White Settlers site, located at R4FV+F5, Gengenkpe.

Motorcycle Taxi (Okada)
If you prefer a quicker option, you can hire a motorcycle taxi (locally known as Okada) from Yendi to Gengenkpe. This is a more adventurous way to travel and costs about 20 GHS. Make sure to negotiate the price before starting your journey. The ride will take around 30 minutes and is a direct route to the First White Settlers site at R4FV+F5, Gengenkpe.
