If you are traveling by car from Nzema to Osu Castle, first head towards the main road leading to Accra. Follow the signs for Takoradi and continue on the N1 highway. After approximately 85 kilometers, take the exit towards Accra, and merge onto George Bush Highway. Continue straight until you reach the Osu Klottey area. Osu Castle will be on your right, located near the coast. Ensure you have some local currency for parking fees if applicable.
