Getting there

Car

If you're driving, start from the nearest major town, Ho. From Ho, take the N1 highway heading towards Aflao. After approximately 10 kilometers, exit at the sign for Gblede. Continue on the road for about 5 kilometers until you reach the coordinates 7.0188889, 0.5711111. Look for the signs indicating Mount Aduadu. Parking is available near the base of the mountain.

Public Transportation

To reach Mount Aduadu via public transportation, start in Ho and head to the main bus station. Look for tro-tros (shared minibuses) heading to Aflao. Inform the driver you want to stop at Gblede. The fare is usually around 6 GHS. After about a 30-minute ride, disembark at Gblede. From there, you may need to walk approximately 2 kilometers to the coordinates 7.0188889, 0.5711111, where Mount Aduadu is located. Be prepared for a hike, as the terrain may be rugged.

Bicycle

For adventurous tourists, renting a bicycle in Ho is an option. From Ho, follow the same route as if driving, taking the N1 highway towards Aflao. The ride is approximately 15 kilometers to Gblede. Once you reach the village, you can securely park your bicycle and walk the remaining distance to Mount Aduadu, which is about 2 kilometers. Ensure you have water and snacks for the journey.
