Walking
If you are starting from the entrance of the Alameda Botanic Gardens, head east towards the main road, known as Main Street. Once you reach Main Street, turn left and walk straight. Continue along Main Street until you reach the junction with Europort Road. Here, you will see signs directing you to the Gibraltar Cable Car. Cross over to Europort Road and follow the signs, which will guide you further up the hill towards Red Sands Road. After about a 20-minute walk, you will arrive at the Gibraltar Cable Car entrance on Red Sands Road.
Public Bus
From the Alameda Botanic Gardens, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Main Street. Board the bus that is heading towards the Cable Car Station. The journey will take approximately 10 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the latest timings. Upon arriving at the Cable Car Station stop, disembark and you will find the entrance to the Gibraltar Cable Car directly ahead.
