From the heart of Main Street, start by heading north towards the junction with Irish Town. Continue straight onto the small road leading to the upper part of Main Street. As you walk, keep an eye out for the signs directing you towards 'O'Hara's Battery.' After about 10 minutes, you will come to the entrance of the Upper Rock Nature Reserve. Once inside, follow the pathways that lead you uphill. O'Hara's Battery is located at the end of this trail and is well-marked with signs.

If you prefer using public transport, head to the nearest bus stop on Main Street. Look for the bus service that operates routes to the Upper Rock Nature Reserve. Board the bus and enjoy a scenic ride. The bus will drop you off at the entrance of the reserve. From there, you will need to take a short walk uphill following the signs to O'Hara's Battery, which will be clearly indicated along the path.

For a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Main Street. Simply find a taxi stand or flag down a taxi on the street. Tell the driver you would like to go to O'Hara's Battery.
