Getting There

Walking
After exploring the Moorish Castle, exit the castle grounds and head down the main path that leads away from the castle entrance. Continue walking straight until you reach the entrance to the city. Once you exit the castle area, follow the signs toward ‘La Línea de la Concepción’ and ‘Estepona’. You will eventually find yourself on the main road. Turn left and walk towards the bus station located at the opposite side of the road. This walk will take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on your pace.

Public Transport
Once you reach the bus station, look for the bus that goes to Estepona. The bus service is frequent and the journey will take around 30 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the latest times. After you arrive at Estepona, you will need to walk to Playa del Cristo. Exit the bus station and head straight towards Av. del Carmen. Follow the road, and then turn right onto Av. del Carmen, which will lead you directly to the beach.

If you prefer walking the entire way, from the Moorish Castle, head back down the path toward the city center. Continue straight until you reach the main road, then turn left towards Estepona.
