Car
If you are driving, start on Queen's Road and head towards the junction with Winston Churchill Avenue. Continue straight and follow signs for 'Upper Rock Nature Reserve.' As you approach the entrance, keep an eye out for the signs indicating Queen Charlotte's Battery. The battery is located at 4MV2+M53, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. There is limited parking available near the site, so be prepared for a short walk from your parking spot.
Public Transportation
To reach Queen Charlotte's Battery via public transport, catch the number 2 bus from the main bus terminal on Winston Churchill Avenue. The bus will take you towards the Upper Rock Nature Reserve. Get off at the stop closest to the entrance of the reserve. Once you disembark, follow the signs directing you towards Queen Charlotte's Battery. It is a short walk from the bus stop to the battery. Be sure to check the bus schedule as services may vary.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity and prefer walking, from Queen's Road, head towards the Rock of Gibraltar. Follow the path leading towards the Upper Rock Nature Reserve entrance. The walk will take approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on your pace. As you walk, enjoy the views and be aware of the terrain, as it can be steep in places. Once you reach the entrance, look for signs guiding you to Queen Charlotte's Battery.
