Getting There

  • Walking

    From St. Michael's Cave, exit the cave and head towards the main pathway leading out. Continue straight on the pathway until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the road that leads down the hill. Walk along this road for about 1.5 kilometers, keeping an eye out for pedestrian signs. You will pass the entrance to the Upper Rock Nature Reserve on your left. After approximately 15-20 minutes of walking, you will come to Main Street. Continue walking on Main Street for about 300 meters until you reach The Convent, located at 285 Main St.

    Alternatively, if you prefer a shorter route, exit St. Michael's Cave and take the path leading directly to the cable car station. From there, take the cable car down to the base station. Upon exiting the cable car, turn left and walk along the pedestrian path for about 500 meters. This path will lead you directly to Main Street. Once you reach Main Street, continue walking straight for about 200 meters, and you will find The Convent at 285 Main St.
