From there, transfer to Line 3 (Blue Line) towards the Airport and get off at the next stop, which is the Thisio station. Once you exit Thisio station, head north on Ermou Street, then take a right onto Iraklidon Street. The Herakleidon Museum will be on your left at number 16.
