Experience Nea Smyrni Square

Getting There

  • Metro

    If you are starting from Syntagma Square, take the Metro Line 3 (the blue line) towards Doukissis Plakentias. Get off at the 'Kifisia' station and transfer at 'Monastiraki' to Line 1 (the green line) towards Piraeus. Travel to 'Nea Smyrni' station. Once you exit the station, head straight towards Leof. El. Venizelou Street and you will find Nea Smyrni Square just a short walk ahead.

  • Bus

    From Omonia Square, take the bus number 040 towards Nea Smyrni. The bus will take you directly to the Nea Smyrni area. Get off at the stop 'Leof. El. Venizelou' and walk a few minutes towards the square. Nea Smyrni Square will be on your left.

  • Tram

    From the Acropolis area, walk to the nearest tram station and board the tram towards 'Syntagma'. Change trams at the 'Tzitzifies' stop to Tram Line 1 towards 'Nea Smyrni'. Get off at the 'Nea Smyrni' stop. After exiting, walk down Leof. El. Venizelou Street to reach Nea Smyrni Square.

  • Walking

    If you are near the Faliro area, you can take a pleasant walk to Nea Smyrni Square. Walk along the seaside promenade towards the Nea Smyrni district. It should take approximately 30-40 minutes. As you approach Nea Smyrni, you will see the square ahead, located at the intersection of Leof. El. Venizelou and other local streets.
