Agiou Dimitriou. The Church of St. Demetrios will be on your right at the address Leof. Agiou Dimitriou 117. Parking may be available nearby, but keep an eye out for local parking regulations.

To reach the Church of St. Demetrios using public transport, you can take the Metro Line 3 (the blue line) towards Egaleo. Get off at the Agios Dimitrios station.
