From Syntagma, switch to Metro Line 3 (Blue Line) towards the Airport or Doukissis Plakentias. Disembark at the next station, 'Aghia Marina'. Exit the station and follow the signs pointing to the bus stop.

At the bus stop outside the Aghia Marina station, look for bus number 304. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the 'Peripatos' stop. This should take about 20 minutes. Once you get off, you will see signs for the Sanctuary of Artemis Brauronia. Follow the pedestrian path, and the sanctuary will be a short walk from the bus stop.
