Running Through the History of Athens with Personal Trainer

Enjoyable running tour of Athens

I had a 20-hour stopover in Athens and decided to sign up for the Running Tour of Athens. It was exactly what I was looking for—a fantastic way to see so many of the city's highlights in the limited time I had. John was an excellent guide. He was knowledgeable about Athens' history and answered all of my questions. We started early to avoid the crowds and the heat, which made the experience even better. He also took some great photos along the way. In addition to being a running coach, he's clearly a talented photographer! I also appreciated that he let me set the running pace, making the tour comfortable and enjoyable. I'm really glad I chose this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique way to experience Athens.

When Your Tour Guides Become Your Tribe

I don’t do reviews at all. Unless it is truly deserving. Chris & Chris not only gave us a tour but gave us memories of a lifetime. Travelled to 56 countries & always do private tours. Some feel robotic, forced, boring or overwhelming. This was a very experiential tour where the guides’ positive energies resonated all throughout every bite and every step of the walking tour. The pace was relaxed and chill but still we got a lot done. The servings were just right that you had your fill of the city’s offerings without getting satiated. It was like having a food crawl with best buds that it didn’t feel like a tour at all. Christina was the heart of the tour, while Chris was the beat. They balance each other, intuitively proactive on what we needed or what would be good to add to the tour to make ours most enjoyable. Even go as far as helping me out record my own content, without me even asking. Genuine-hearted that after the tour, you just want the best for them. They made our quick layover fun, dynamic and memorable. What started out as food, ended up much more with our hearts full as well. Can’t wait to go back to try out their other tours! Definitely, definitely recommend these two!
