A Perfect Day at Sea – Yoga, Swimming and Great Memories

We had such a wonderful day at sea with friends! Everything was very well organized by Thaleia. We started with a lovely yoga session, followed by a refreshing swim in the sea, and later enjoyed delicious food freshly prepared by Maria. Antonia, our skipper, was fantastic, and both she and Maria were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the day. The service was excellent and made us feel very comfortable on board. We ended this beautiful experience with a peaceful meditation session led by Thaleia while enjoying the stunning sunset — such a magical moment! A perfect combination of yoga, swimming, delicious food, relaxation, and great company. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this experience.

Had such a great time at OEP! We tried the Hatha Yoga class with Rozalia and she was so lovely and welcoming. The class was really enjoyable! The space itself is beautuful and has such a nice vibe to it! They have so many different classes and events on, so I’ll definitely be back to try another one!

Eliana was fantastic! Before we began she asked what kind of flow I wanted and tailored the experience to me. She assisted in each movement to extend my range of motion and her queues were excellent throughout. Highly highly recommend taking a class with her!
