If you are in the Old Town of Chania, head towards the central square, also known as 'Plateia 1866'. From the square, walk along Chalidon Street (Odos Chalidon) which is the main pedestrian street. Continue straight for about 300 meters until you reach the Holy Catholic Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary located at Chalidon 46. The church is on your right side, just before the intersection with Kydonias Street.

Board any bus that goes towards Chania city center. Get off at the 'Chania Center' stop. From there, walk towards Chalidon Street (Odos Chalidon), and continue straight for about 300 meters until you find the church on your right at Chalidon 46.
