If you are starting from Chania's central square (Platia 1866), head south towards the old town. Follow the street 'Chatzimichali Giannari' until you reach the intersection with 'Akti Kountourioti'. Turn right onto 'Akti Kountourioti' and continue walking straight. You will see the beautiful harbor coming into view. Keep walking along the waterfront, and you will arrive at the Old Venetian Port.

From the Chania Archaeological Museum located at 'Halidon 46', exit the museum and head towards 'Halidon Street'. Walk down Halidon Street until you reach 'Platia 1866'. From there, proceed south towards the harbor by following the same route along 'Chatzimichali Giannari' and then turn right onto 'Akti Kountourioti' to reach the Old Venetian Port.
