After passing through the entrance, follow the path along the fortress walls. You will eventually see signs for the Venetian Prisons, which are located nearby. The total walking distance is approximately 15 minutes.

If you are in a different area of Corfu town, take the local bus that heads towards the Old Town. Buses are frequent, and you can catch one from various points in the city. Ask the driver to drop you off at 'Spianada' or the Old Fortress. Once you arrive, follow the walking directions from Spianada Square as mentioned above. The bus ride takes about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.
