From the center of Gouvia, head towards the main road (Epar.Od. Kerkiras - Achiliou) and turn left. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach a bus stop. From there, you can catch the KTEL bus towards Corfu Town. The bus fare is approximately €2.50. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop 'Kerkira' (Corfu Town).
