From Chania, take the KTEL bus from the Chania Central Bus Station. Look for the bus heading towards Georgioupoli. The bus ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Georgioupoli, you will need to walk to Lake Kournas Souvenir. Exit the bus and walk towards the village of Kournas, following the signs. The walk is about 3 km and should take around 30 to 40 minutes. Enjoy the scenic route through olive groves.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a taxi from your location in Crete directly to Lake Kournas Souvenir. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey. The taxi ride from Chania will take about 30 minutes, while from Rethymno, it will take around 20 minutes. Ensure that the driver knows your destination by showing the address: Κάβαλλος 730 07.

For the more adventurous, consider renting a bike in Chania or Georgioupoli. From Chania, bike towards Georgioupoli on the coastal road, which is approximately 20 km.
