Start from the center of Rethymno, at the Venetian Harbor. Head east on the waterfront promenade towards the Fortezza Castle. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the harbor area. From there, turn left onto Vardaka Street and follow it as it curves around the castle. Keep walking straight until you reach the junction with Ethnikis Antistaseos Street. Turn right onto Ethnikis Antistaseos Street and continue walking until you reach the bus station.
