If you're driving from Chalkida, take the Euboea Highway (E65) heading south. Follow the signs for Eretria. Once you reach the town, continue on the main road until you see signs for Dionisiou Glafkippou Street. Turn right onto Dionisiou Glafkippou Street and drive for about 500 meters. The Temple of Isis will be on your left at number 13. There is parking available nearby.

To reach the Temple of Isis using public transportation, take a bus from Chalkida to Eretria. Buses to Eretria leave regularly from Chalkida's central bus station. Once you arrive in Eretria, exit the bus and head towards Dionisiou Glafkippou Street. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach number 13. The Temple of Isis will be on your left.
