From the center of Heraklion, head to the central bus station (KTEL). Look for the bus line that goes to Aposelemis or Hersonissos. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride for about 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Aposelemis stop. From the bus stop, walk straight along the main road for about 10 minutes until you see the entrance to Aposelemis Wildlife Refuge on your right.
