From Eleftherias Square, walk along Theotokopoulou Street, and the park will be on your right at Theotokopoulou 30. From the Heraklion Archaeological Museum, walk south on Xanthoudidou Street, turn left onto 25th August Street, and then continue onto Theotokopoulou Street to find the park.
