From the center of Kalambaka, head towards the train station. Once you reach the station, take the path leading up towards the Meteora Monasteries. Continue walking along the well-marked trails that lead towards the Great Meteoron Monastery. From there, you can follow the signs directing you towards Voria Tzoumerka. Keep walking until you reach the Unnamed Road where Mparos Pass is located. The walk may take approximately 2-3 hours, so ensure you have appropriate footwear and water.
Bus
Start from Kalambaka bus station, which is located in the town center. Take the local bus heading towards North Tzoumerka. Make sure to confirm with the bus driver or check the schedule for the correct route to Mparos Pass. Once you reach the stop near Voria Tzoumerka, disembark and follow the signs towards Mparos Pass which is nearby. The bus ride usually takes around 30-40 minutes.
