Starting from the central square of Kalampaka, head east towards the main road (E65). Walk about 1 km until you reach the entrance to the Meteora rock formations. You will see a path that leads into the forested area. Follow this path uphill for approximately 30 minutes. As you ascend, you will notice signs directing you towards various monasteries. Keep an eye out for the signs to Βράχος Χοντρό μαρμάρι, which is located near the Great Meteoron Monastery. Once you reach the area with stunning views, you will find Βράχος Χοντρό μαρμάρι just a short walk from the main path.

From Kalampaka, take the local bus that heads towards Kastraki. The bus stop is near the central square. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the Kastraki stop.
