From the square, head northeast on Trikalon Street (Οδός Τρικάλων) towards the intersection with Agiou Nikolaou Street. Turn left onto Agiou Nikolaou Street and continue until you reach the foot of the Meteora rock formations. As you walk, you will see the breathtaking views of the monasteries above. Follow the signs for 'Σημείο θέασης Μετεώρων' or ask locals for directions. The viewpoint is located at PM69+MJ, which should take about 30 minutes on foot from the main square.
