Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Kalambaka, head towards the main street (Trikalon Street) and walk north. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the E92 highway, keeping in mind that this road is often busy. Walk along the sidewalk for about 30 minutes; you will pass several local shops and cafes. As you approach the outskirts of Kalambaka, look for signs directing you towards Meteora. Follow the signs to the right towards the trails leading up to the rock formations.

    Continue on the trail, following the path that leads you through the stunning landscape until you reach the point where the path forks.
